• Non-Refundable Services: Due to the personalized and procedural nature of services such as Marriage Registration, Marriage Solemnization, Aadhar Update, PAN Update, Voter ID Update, and Gazette, refunds are not available once the process has started or payment has been made.
• Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of unforeseen administrative issues on our end, partial or full refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of MarriageRegistrationWala.com. Any approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

2. Cancellations

• Service Cancellation: Clients may request service cancellation prior to the start of any processing or document collection. Cancellations requested after the service has been initiated may not be eligible for refunds.
• Cancellation Charges: A cancellation fee may apply for services canceled after initial consultation or scheduling, especially if resources have been allocated to your service

3. Photographer and Arya Samaj Marriage Arrangements

• Photographer: Once the photography service is confirmed, it cannot be refunded. However, rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide notice may result in a rescheduling fee.
• Arya Samaj Marriage Arrangements: For clients opting for Arya Samaj Marriage, all necessary arrangements are made based on confirmed booking. Any cancellation for this service after the arrangements have been finalized will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Document Collection from Home

Cancellation and Refund: If you wish to cancel document collection services, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Refunds may be issued if the service has not yet been initiated. Any cancellations made after the collection process has begun are not eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Processing

• Approval: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as specified by our support team.
• Processing Time: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Policy Modifications
